Missed Appointment Policy: Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only the provider, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed, cancelled, or otherwise delayed appointments.
Appointment Cancellation: Be respectful of your fellow patients: please call as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require 24 hours notice or you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancelled appointment times scheduled by another client, will not be charged.
How to Cancel Your Appointment: If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us between business hours and leave a detailed voicemail message, or email. We will return your call or respond to the email as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient 50% of the full appointment fee.
First Session No-Show: Due to new patient admin fees and missed appointment charges, the full session fee will be applied to the card we keep on file.
Late Arrivals: Your appointment will be shortened to accommodate schedule maintenance and you will be charged for a full session.
