Purpose

My aim in providing this page is to offer my clients and referral associates a clear understanding of who I am, both professionally and personally. Over the past 20 years, I have dedicated myself to my calling through education and experience: delivering quality care and guidance as individuals navigate the complex and often misunderstood medical, health, and nutrition industries. I have tirelessly worked to unveil the truth about our toxic food supply, harmful consumables, and the risks associated with a healthcare system driven by the dangerous trifecta of greed, politics, and manipulated science. I am currently working on a book titled Healing the Whole You: a Holistic Perspective, that should be on the shelves soon.

Controller

This position worked closely with the director of operations to restructure defective accounting practices while creating and implementing standards of procedure that improved productivity and profit margins. I established GAAP financial reporting, moored OSHA protocols, and enforced HIPAA compliance. Providing real-time balance sheet analysis and cash-flow reporting, I also collected over $200K from delinquent receivables and cultivated revenue opportunities through enhanced and updated industry relationships. Improving provider presence and credibility resulted in a 5% increase in referral revenues in less than a year. Secure electronic data mapping and syncing with financial institutions improved cash flow, asset management, and investment equity. I reconfigured and maintained a corrupted EHR system, then taught correct coding and billing procedures to support staff, all while producing ad hoc fiscal reports, budgets, and year end financials for the stakeholders.

Establishing strategies improved productivity for this grass roots nonprofit by 50%: Implementing programs to anticipate market trends and evaluate national economic benchmarks, I generated fundraising opportunities that increased donor subscriptions by 200% in my first year. Eliminating redundant saddles and renegotiating contracts reduced expenses by 30%. I saved over $100K in other expenses and by applying online networking suites with social media platforms that aligned with the CRM, I increased international donor revenues by 75%. I also enforced GAAP standards and produced all required financial reports to improve brand credibility that maintained our federal 501(c)(3) status. (Contact: Alex Pacheco, President. Programs Chair

As a key contributor to the production of a city-wide annual festival, I liaised with officials, entertainment assets, and executive officers to negotiate fiduciary and philanthropic contracts. I was solely responsible for developing and facilitating the scholar awards program and literary events. Production manager and presenter, I oversaw all aspects of the annual literary workshop. I created art, graphic design, and social media promotions while managing inventories and piloting the trade-show booths. Implementing an annual survey and analysis improved customer engagement and satisfaction five years in a row. I was also responsible for creating and staying on budget while promoting program expansion and maintaining grant and municipal accommodations.

The CSFOA with the Broward County Cultural Division and Friends of Music voted me 2015 Volunteer of the Year. In collaboration with the CSFOA and the Coral Springs Artist Guild, I established an annual community outreach and scholarship program that has awarded over $150K to high school students  while I was in office.
