About Laurianne

The Artist 

Laurianne was the longest seated President of her local artist guild and served as Signature Artist Competition Coordinator, Scholar Awards Chair, and Director of Literary Events for the Coral Springs Festival of the Arts for more than 15 years. She is CAAP certified, (Creative Artist Advanced Program) public artist currently working toward a grant from the Broward County Cultural Divisions Community Solutions and Wounded Warriors Project in hopes to develop a CSM outreach program for those in need.  Her work Snow Flake Effect was recently honored as the Signature Piece for the Sandy Hook Memorial at the Coral Springs Museum of Art. She has been featured in ArtBlend magazine, The SunSentinal, and is a recognized member of the arts community throughout Broward County.

Author

A member of The Coral Springs Writing Group for 15 years, Florida Writer's Association, Poets & Writers, Mystery Writers of America, and SCBWI, she has produced and published poetry, literary works, novels, and short stories in multiple genres. She has blogged on health and wellness for hers and other health related businesses. Her writing workshops include:  Power of Description: Writing Emotions, How to Find Your Voice, and Pitch & Promotions.   As an author, Laurianne  brings her love of life, people, and the dynamic interplay of the esoteric into focus. Her characters are authentic and stories thought provoking.
